Forum Reorganization

For now, I've created a temporary section for Shards and made some forums for GW2.

Avitz and I are forming a SWTOR RP Guild and others said they would be interested. Always an idea to make a 'Shard' for that. Though, might as well wait until we know for sure how many people are interested.

Maybe there can be a poll topic for games played? If there were to be, I'd encourage people to only choose the games they are active in, and maybe use a minimum number of people for a game to get a full subforum. The old "Other games" forum could be used to gauge interest when new games come out, and as a way to petition for those games to get their own subforum.
