1. First things first! Did you read the rules, policies, and FAQs?
I read over the said rules and FAQs roughly three times to ensure I did not skip over any details. I'd rather not risk missing anything if I can help it.
2. How did you hear about us?
A good friend of mine from retail WoW told me about about this lovely server.
3. How did you get into RP?
It all started long ago when I met my 'first love' in highschool who was deeply into role-playing. At first I wasn't sure what it was about, but I soon found myself cooking up stories for almost every single character I created on any video game I played. Ranging from Morrowind to Warcraft, I continued to create numerous plots, backgrounds, and ideas for my characters ( and even for my friends who got into RP as well ). I can not thank Katie enough for getting me into this.
I even began to RP over forum sites ( GaiaOnline included, sadly... ) and I've been into it ever since I was about sixteen.
4. How did you get into Warcraft?
I remember buying Warcraft 2: Tides of Darkness back when I was about ten years old at some store ( I 'think' maybe Toys 'R Us, but don't quote me on that ) and I fell in love. I was a strange child, apparently. Most other children went outside and played ball or something, but not me. I instead enjoyed building up my orcish forces and crushing the Alliance in the name of Doomhammer.
Years passed, I played Warcraft 3: Reign of Chaos and then The Frozen Throne. Once again, love and adoration was to be found. However, I honestly did not get into World of Warcraft until around the time the Burning Crusade was released. I've been playing and RPing on it ever since.
5. What is your favorite race/class?
Orcish warlock. I suppose I love the fact of being what most deem a 'heathen/barbarian' who can, instead of hacking off your head with an axe, can rip your very soul from your being. I love the lore behind the Orcish clans, mostly the Stormreaver clan ( yay Gul'dan ) and demonic magic is interesting to me.
6. What is your favorite kind of character to play?
The villain. I enjoy playing the role of the cunning evil-doer who uses those around him/her as pawns to accomplish their goals, never once getting their own hands dirty unless the need truly arises.
7. What is your favorite kind of RP?
I'm a sucker for good plot twists and dark story lines. Of course, I'm not without my humor, often giving comical remarks about situations, even when doing the dark deeds my villains live for. I enjoy world RP, not being cramped up in a city. I'll often search out a good 'lair' for my character and have him or her lay out his plans there then stalk out into the world to initiate such, and then retreat to the safety of their sanctuary when things get heated.
8. Do you have any hobbies (outside of Warcraft)/talents/stupid human tricks?
Well, I enjoy drawing, writing, and gaming mostly. I sketch pretty funny comics ( or so I am told ) just for a hobby. Also, I enjoy collecting bottles. Don't judge me.
9. What country are you from? (Or, if you're uncomfortable with that question, what is your first language? We don't need to know exactly where you live, just what general time zone you're in and if you need some wiggle room on your spelling and grammar.)
I live in the southern most region of the good ol' U.S.A.; in the wonderful ( not really ) state of Mississippi. Please do not think of me as a 'hill billy' or 'red neck', because that stereotype gets old rather quickly.
