Help coming onto the server.

After tinkering for a couple of hours with my WoW, I finally need to ask for some assistance. I brought my WoW down to 3.0.9, but when I patch it up normally, it skips straight to 3.2.0. Now, I've checked WoWWiki and a couple of other patch mirror sites and no one seems to have 3.0.9 to 3.1.3 or any combo of that. It always just skips to 3.2.0. Does anyone know whether there is any way to get my game to 3.1.3?
