I believe the issue has been brought up on more then one occasion;
Bu as it is, once the server restart was initiated, in fact even before it, I managed to end up in Limbo, and now can't log into the game even though Server Status states I am.

Am I to wait for another server restart, or start panicking?

This is happening a lot. I believe you must wait.
