... How about 1:30? PM?

:I
Rahirn

-Well, I explored all of the cave... -nothing- I wonder what is going to happen...

- This water source... is the weirdest thing ever....

- Well, more people are coming to hear my advice, that's good... that makes everyone like me, that's good.

- Today is pretty calm.. beside rock chipping.
Sorry about not coming on yesterday. I was studying for an exam and then had a crisis when I realized I actually missed the exam. I've been given leniency today, so I might be able to take it then make it to the event before going to a 3 hour night class. I:

Then I'll have another exam Monday to study for.
Diary of Allan Frostnova
Kidnapped

DAY 1
I have awakened in a strange cave. My last memory is being at home. There is this forsaken yelling at someone I do not know. How strange. I think I will rest my eyes for a while.

DAY 2
Today I met a troll and a forsaken. I never thought that I would stand so close to a member of the Horde without being attacked.
I also met a young eccentric human and a friendly dwarf.

DAY 3
I have spoken to the troll again. Apparently the captors threw a grenade into the cave.
I would really, really love it if you hosted it at 1 PM. I have to go to sleep at 3 server time due to early shifts.
Ah, well...I'm unable to attend anyway.
I will not be available until 2:30. I may RP sooner, but at strictly 2:00, I have to do tasks, and I'd rather not squeeze into an event I know I'll bail in 30 minutes.

I'd rather just attend late, Lox.
1 or 2 is fine for me!
Mokaku told a story today. He told it in hope that people will have higher morale and remember it. Anyone could've been around to hear it. I'll spoiler it below. It's a rather short story.

I'm also going to remove the accent to make it more readable, but imagine he has it.

Spoiler:
Gathered by the pool, there was a request by a nameless Human female to hear any stories people might have. Something else to think on was sorely needed. The situation was starting to get dire in such a short space of time. Gazing into the waters, Mokaku ended the silence and began to weave a tale after several moments of thinking.

There was once three beasts lost in the desert... He began, grasping the attention of people nearby.

A lion, a kodo and a vulture were all chased into the desert by hunters. They knew that the desert was perilous, but facing the hunters would also mean certain death. They turned to each other to try forge a plan to get out of the desert.

The lion suggested that they turn and face the hunters. He believed they were strong, and even if they died, it would be an honourable death. Chances of surviving the desert heat were slim and it was a much greater way to die. The vulture, a cunning creature, said to his companions that they should walk the desert. The hunters will eventually die if they keep chasing and they can feast on the remains. However, the vulture had different intentions entirely. He was attempting to trick them, trying to fool the other beasts into meeting their deaths and the vulture could eat his fill.

The kodo, ever patient, said that they should face the desert and attempt to find a source of water. If there's even a bit of hope it shouldn't be discarded, he said. Unable to come to an agreement, the beasts went their separate ways.

The lion, bloodthirsty and vicious, turned back the way they came and threw himself at the hunters. Though putting up an admirable fight, he inevitably fell to the mercy of their spears, and so the hunters claimed first blood. The vulture decided to loom over the kodo, waiting for him to die. His plan might've worked, but the vulture was a weak creature. It never sought strength and scavenged off the remains of dead animals. It died of exhaustion, plummeting from the skies.

The kodo, still hopeful, continued his long, long march through the desert. He travelled for hours and hours, his strength waning every moment he spent underneath the sun. However, he kept faith, knowing that there are sources of water in a desert, they are just difficult to find. His efforts would be rewarded, eventually finding an oasis. With replenished strength he managed to escape the desert. As for the hunters, they died clinging onto pride and greed, dying under the sun as well.

After a pause and a short glance around at the people who were listening, he raised a question. "Which one of them are you?" He asked. "The lion, the vulture, or the kodo? Perhaps even the hunter?"
How could they throw grenades at us like that! :(

-Out of standby at: [9:12 AM]

-Directive 03: Survey plant matter and drinking water for consumability and report to other captives.
Observation and experimentation have revealed a possible finite supply of food within the cavern. The withered and blackened growths along the cavern walls are in fact capable and fit for consumpion, though they likely lack any kind of pleasing taste due to their nature.

I have deemed this plant matter to be low in nutrient as well, but this is favorable to a situation that would otherwise lead to starvation. The only concern arising at the discovery of this supply of food is what to be done with it-- it is quite obviously finite, and a meager supply of seven 'bushes' has been uprooted and stored. If we were to announce its presence as a food source I would anticipate immediate action to try and claim them, be they for immediate consumption or for the purpoise of hoarding.

I contacted Aregar and Briarthorn regarding this. They too have decided to wait for distribution. We will be implementing the ruse that our discoveries are recent before stating anything with certainty to the others.

I have been running analysis on drinking water samples intermittently throughout the day. So far tests return a positive status of clean. We have also established that the source of the water comes from above-- it is likely then that we are currently beneath an underground reseviour of some capacity.

Current evaluation: Sub-optimal. Stable.

Guards and overseers for guards have been designated for both the Alliance and Horde. At present my information is not wholly solidified regarding who mans which post, however. I have information of three guards per faction, but as noted above I have information only for two Alliance guards, and one Horde. The following is my fragmented information:
-There is a third thus unnamed Alliance guard.
-There is a second Horde guard. Sin'dorei.
-There is a third Horde guard. Sin'dorei.
-I have been positioned as an overseer as well, for reasons which are not presently clear.

The following presence has been made aware to me as well:
Unnamed Troll Male: Apparently for warlord status. Designated as an overseer of Horde guards. Likely mild aggression due to rank.

---Directive complete.

-Directive 04: Determine next directive.
No immediate tasks of productive measure had been identified. Seek productive measures.

Notable inventory:
-3 count healing elixir, medium strength.
-5 count reserve water salves.
-2 Power cores. Right: 79% charge. 100% structural integrity. Left: 81% charge. 69% structural integrity.
-7 bushes of unidentified but edible plant matter.

Maeia's checklist, day two:

-Things seemed to have calmed down now, at least. There's less panic and cliques of people howling at each other, but I feel Sir Briarthorn's attitude about uniting everyone is a bit unrealistic.

-My presence seems to be substantially more tolerated now, I think. At the very least, I'm not being yelled at and threatened for being undead.

-I met a deaf priest named Brother Thalvin! Though we had difficulty communicating at first, he assisted me in finding my book and a pen with ink in it.

-No sign of that damnable plague knight, Bedlam today.

-While searching for my book, I fell down a hole and broke off a rib. At least I can use it to defend myself if I must.

-Doctor Lovar seems to be getting worse, and there is still no sign of his medicine anywhere. On top of that, he tells me has patients in Quel'thalas that need his care!

-Sir Briarthorn seems to lack discipline when bawdy group games are being played. I suppose every knight has his flaws, though. I just wish his were something more socially acceptable.

-I never, ever, EVER wish to play "Truth or Dare" with a goblin again!!!
To give a brief update of the day...

An Orc came down with some Ogres today to offer a trade. Weapons for food. Only Wuvvums and Geoni successfully traded for bread and jerky while Voragh fooled the system and traded in moss for a weapon which he traded in for a better piece of food, earning the other Orc's well-wishings.

Then Ketkos decided to stab said Orc in the leg, causing the Orc to call down a mob of Gnolls to beat back everyone, and then they left with the crates of weapons and food. The deal was off, and no one else got to trade in their weapons for food.

Also. Please, keep in mind that NONE OF YOU are permitted to have food on your person as a belonging that followed you from outside into the cave when they captured you. They would've taken it from you, along with most medical supplies (unless express permission is given; Yes, Rigley, you may!) and anything that could potentially be used as a weapon aside from your standard, visble weaponry.

No food. Period.

Oh I forgot to mention one of Seda's boots is full of health kits

In seriousness I am attempting to downplay the potions as an extremely finite resource (three left :I). Thanks for allowing it.
