It seems that there are problems with the server, involving several crashes almost immediately upon the server starting up. As there's little I can do to resolve the issue at the moment until I can get into contact with Kretol, the server will be down for an uncertain amount of time, possibly for several hours.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Edit: Just to add (since this is on the front page), the issue was resolved a few hours later!
