Tested everything on Martis - Forsaken Hunter

300289 - Red-Tinted Glasses - They do not seem to appear when equipped, or through preview.
300288 - Black Spectacles - They force the hairstyle to some kind of very short black style. Perhaps intended?
300296 - Gentleman''s Dapper Combo - As much as I enjoy having a blue and white checkered box over my head, I don't think this is intended. You also put 2 's.
300299 - Noble''s Golden Cloak - You put 2 's again.

Everything else seems to work fine, maybe this is just a client side issue? Also the errors of putting 2 's were here on the forum, they are not like that in game :P

Edit: This is why! It only works on the human male model. Worgen can use it too, so long as they're dudes, and in the human form.

Tis true. The combo only works on human guys 'cause it was an item made for use on one human guy. Exactly one. No other NPC gets the combination. Lord Godfrey alone could master stylish headwear and eyesight impairment.
