It was mentioned here that Silver Tokens could be grunt-only to help neglect PvE and PvP players from extreme items to make them roleplay more so I thought of this...
What if it is required to be exaulted with the "Gruntship" faction in order to buy a Token on top of having 350g? The faction would be set to exaulted for you upon your character's level 80 and gold sum. I don't know, just an idea.

We haven't really had any problems that would justify limiting tokens like this. It also makes us have to deal with the alts of Grunts who might otherwise request tokened items for RP.

Edit: And Grakor's statement essentially said that the limiting factor on money was so that GMs weren't constantly filling token tickets for everyone. A few Peons who get gold aren't going to break the system.
