I was just wonder who I'd contact that was in charge of the GHR project for CoTH. I had some questions about the operation of the program in regards to the guild idea I'm formulating.

Most of this is just pieced together from what I've read about the program and it's linkup with GHI.

1) Once I had my faction, I could get it listed on the CoTH list in the rep area, and my guild leader would be the faction leader, right?

2) How exactly would it be configured for giving out reputation? As faction leader, would I have that power, or would the PM be in charge of that.

3) Would I be able to change those officers within the guild who had the power to grant faction rep? Or would that as well be part of the PM's duties.

I'm fairly certain the Faction Leader has this stuff, otherwise it'd put a heckuva burden on the Project Manager. But I wanted to be certain.

2. You can give out rep as far as I know

3. I do not think so, but probably yes anyway.

Also the project manager is Tales, who is pretty much absent at the moment.
