REFORM!
#76
Heh, I'm fairly sure the S-stroms do trigger more in-depth review every time. But it is being done.

's just it's best it doesn't seem a reaction to the ragequites themselves, which it shouldn't actually even be, but to bigger causes.

Edit: But community - get with sending in the feedback - that's the main thing that a review should work with.

Food for thought: So far... this is what feedback has consisted of:

- It's either not been classified as feedback, more of a rant or opinion.
- It's either agreed, by the staff, to be null (BUT not totally ignored, we DO keep it in mind).
- We usually get the same, or similar, sort of feedback.
- In Grunt questionnaires we tend not to get feedback.
- In Grunt questionnaires, 80% of the time it's always "The GMs are going a good job!" or something similar.
- We rarely get, what we deem, as decent feedback that can be acted upon. Not that everyone's feedback is bad, it's just... well, see above.

And then when THIS sort of thing happens...

- People hate the staff for decisions that they don't know the full story behind.
- We get a TRUCKTON of complaints that have, apparently, been here the whooooole time.

So... I'm incredi-confused how something that's apparently been a problem for a long time, has only been brought to our attention when people troll our forums. This isn't something in particular that has to be responded to, but as I said, it's food for thought. Not that I'm assuming everything I said is 100% true.

I'm calling an end to this now, I'd like it if a GM can lock it. Why? Well we've come to a few points here:

-Make feedback posts immediately after a problem is sited
-GMs, if you are demoted don't ragepost about it, make a private point against it if you feel you have been wronged
-Don't make incoherant posts on threads, stick to the topic ; )
-Be aware of comments you make and how they may be hurtful to others. if you think they will be hurtful don't make them
-There's things going on behind the scenes we don;'t know about, and remember this is always for the better.

What am I asking for NOW? Some sort of admin update to the server about potential problems say...every month? Just to say 'Hey, we've been looking over you all, and we think this'. I may have missed something, but this thread is going on a tangent now. Thanks!
