How long is appropriate?
#1
I submitted a query/request to a Content mod a while ago (the 10th, I think), and am currently waiting for the response.

I have to ask; how long would be an appropriate wait before asking about the progress? I realize that they're all busy already, so I'm not demanding a response on the query - I just want to know it hasn't been forgotten.

Are there any guidelines on this?

If it's been longer than a week I'd send a reminder to just check if it's not been forgotten or misplaced, I know I tend to read stuff in the morning and forget about it before I get to reply later in the day.
