CotH's Most Awesome Moments

One of my favourite qoutes from this server was when Lina was using health funnel at random people, then another warlock joined in. After a while, the beams crossed and somebody, can't remember who screamed "FOR GOD'S SAKE! DO NOT CROSS THE BEAMS!" I almost died laughing.

Another hilarious thing was the OOC theatre event not too long ago. I think it was Duron, if he was in it at all, my memory is crap. Anywho, he was the one who made me literally fall of my chair. When he was defeated in teh play his emote went along the lines of:

"Duron is hit with the hammer "Herpa Derpa" He falls down."

And I couldn't stop laughing. And the entire stage was set on fire and after the play when everybody left, Duron was left on stage in the fire, going like: "Hey guys. . . Help me?. . .Please. . . . Well, **** you too. . ."

Another awesome moment was Phineus the Undead who constantly tried to persuade people he was human.

"Hello, Everybody! I'm a journalist from the Goldshire Times, would you mind if I asked you a question?"
"But you're an undead."
"I assure you that I am in no way a zombie."
"Your bones are showing. . . "
"Ah, yes. I took a horrible fall out side. Ah! Oh! The pain."


And it just kinda went on. I haven't laughed like that many times in my life.

But the by far best thing. . . Was that boat event. . . With Cressy. When she did an epic typo. "Tentacles" somehow became "testicles." And she said:

"The hydra's testicles comes crashing down on the deck! Roll above 30 to avoid!"


Lulz were had by all.

I was there for the last. Keith got whacked... he rolled 10.
And also got to witness a few more... lulzy mistakes during boating events.

Never before have hydras and sea serpents been so hilarious.

Setting: Wintergrasp, during the first Alliance event there.
Story: Having cleared the tower, the group of Alliance adventurers are just getting ready to battle the boss (a deathknight) after defeating his two minions. The deathknight cast Blight, and everyone beat the necessary roll except Cairnsmith. Cairnsmith was on one knee because he had been using his rifle. It was the first time Cairnsmith had been injured in the whole fight.

While I can't remember the exact emotes, it goes something like this:

Cairnsmith grits his teeth, standing slowly, his knee blistered by the attack. He reaches into his ammo pouch, removing a red-banded shell: explosive.
Cairnsmith says: "I'm ginnae introduce yeh tae a world o'hurt."
Cairnsmith jacks the shell into the open breech of his rifle, raises it to his shoulder, and fires for the crotch.
Cairnsmith rolls a 73.
Deathknight rolls a 14.

[Party] Everyone else: OH GOD

I think my most epic moments were with two of my favorite characters: Grollok and Laars.

Grollok: 1. Grollok was just another grunt in the BSHG. They were fighting in Ashenvale and Kathorg was brought down by a Night Elf. Grollok saved his life, picked him up, then took it upon himself to take control of the Honorguard and gather them all up and lead them back to Razor Hill. He did so successfully.

2. The epic duel between Grollok and Kathorg when he accused Kathorg of being a Stormreaver and hunted him for months. Grollok was defeated, but then offered the position of Centurion. He hesitated, but ended up accepting the position.

Laars: Only losing two roll matches in his entire play history...this guy has done some pretty crazy shit and lived. From outnumbering odds, to insane stunts only a mad man would do. He's outran the BSHG from a bounty, he told the Blackdogs to go "F" themselves and challenged them to hunt him down, and beat up Tharnul and took all his money (that wasn't epic...Tharnul is just a noob...noob.) WHat I liked most about Laars was that he always had used his fists, and seemed to be able to take on anything. Now he uses three guns, two at his side, and a rifle on his back...he's always been a unique human compared to others.

Also. He's black. Awesome.

I started rp-ing and played WoW for the first time at CotH, earlier on I did a lot of embarrassing things like trying to chat with NPCs thinking they were players (yea, that happened)

Then there was Seu, I wanted to give him a serious and intense personality but OOCly-unintentional lolepic situations kept occurring with him; he got turned into a frog, got bound and gagged in Ratchet with a dozen players brooding over what to do with him, was held captive in Sen'jin Village after the mercenary he took with him to kill Raka switched sides, the most epic was the time he was kept in a cage before his trial for treason and conspiracy with Raka trying to feed him his poisoned vomit.

Trying to manipulate the Far Wolves into bumping off the characters Seu had a feud with was pretty awesome too, sucks that it backfired.

Oh! I remember this!

The end of Grakor's emote for the Scourge Deathknight when he took the hit was; "Ow, ow, ow..."

I'd like to personally say sorry for stealing your awesomepunch but its blessing was...well awesome when fighting Hawk.

So the crew of the Frostbrand has ventured into Felwood to get some Black Ironwood to fix the ship, everything goes well besides being attacked by furbolgs, satyrs, oozes, and pretty much everything else that could possibly want to kill you. So we make it to the chosen harvest ground of said Ironwood...where those three petrified guardians of the forest are...well one of them sprouts off a protecter to stop us from taking Ironwood.

"The ancient guardian lets out a howling blast of wind as the primal headbutts it, Raising its leafy fist the guardian throws an awesomepunch at the primal.*

Guardian rolls 48 (1-50)
Tzekel rolls 5 (1-50)

Tzekel: OMG stop putting awesome before your attacks! *cry*

I did have a lot of fun at these theatre events. Duron and Katelyn played off of one another so well. xD I particularly liked our slap fight for some reason, Kril. I felt so bad for Elyon though, he just tried to keep going with it all. Haha.

One thing I will never forget though, is when we did those random flashback events with Brutal, and Elyon was the HERO OF SUNNYDALE. I could -not- stop laughing. Just in general I always have a good time with my friends on CotH.

And Rigley? I've got one word for you to sum up my favorite event series ever. "Whoosh."

I've never been a big screenshot taker, but there was this one time where Laars was about to kill Astus (not long ago) and I managed to near instantly with fel domination bring forth a felguard right over Astus's body and shield him from a barrage of bullets.

And I am also writing a story for blizzard's contest about how Astus died and a murloc found his soulstone, and thats all I can say for now...
