Fighting in cities.

In response to the emotes, I -did- used to have the range of them like retail. That is, substantially lower than it was in ArcEmu and lower than it is now. However, people started to complain about not seeing what others were emoting from several yards away (notably during events).

Damned either way, it seems!

This is mostly because everyone creates a night elf rogue and makes them act like a rogue instead of a night elf. Human warlocks are easy to understand, but Night Elves and Draenei? I'm rather surprised with how many villains there are of races that really shouldn't have villains. Not just seperate viewpoints, but I've seen a few night elves that I can only imagine with a large mustache coated with wax being twisted between two fingers constantly.

On a side note if you have an evil Draenei character please email me their stories... I've seen so many and I can't even begin to comprehend why... why a creature that would turn down ultimate power in the past would turn to evil when the power and self-preservation chances were even lower.

Rant is complete.
One day we will be allowed to defy logic and reason with our characters.
One day rules will be no more.
One day chaos will reign supreme.
Know that on that day, Illidan and Akama's lovechild will be discovered.
Know that on that day it will be established that male draenei have better child bearing hips.

Gwen'tel: Draenei Paladin. Not too much special.
Rachel Ragefists: Four limbs of gnome flying at your face.
Tsara: It's best not to get into all the things this one is.
Anta: Someone needs a lozenge.
Natalia: A draenei bard with an instrument that doesn't exist for good reasons.

Well, there's the fact that all arcane magic corrupts... Corrupts humans within twenty years to the point that they have eyestalks, extra limbs, see illusions that tell them to commit crimes, etc. etc. Imagine arcane corruption after ten thousand years, and there you have more than enough reason for a character to be evil. They'd have been put in the Arcatraz, and been recently released with the now lax security the elves have there.

Now, I don't have a character like this, but it just goes to show that there's a viable idea for a villain of any race, even the beacons of holy power that are the Draenei.

You know, I always found it funny how so many goodly characters reside in BB and Ratchet.
I always figured that was Merc Town. Nominally NE/CN or so.
Yet... so much LG and CG!

Simple, pragmatic OOC fact- that's where people are, so that's where people go for RP.
