I'm back and more rusty then ever. I've created a new account due to the new core and successfuly log in. However there are no realms now for me to actually play on? How may one solve this problem?

Alright, it seems the dissapearing realmlist is not a problem anymore, however a new one has arose. When I log on, it says downloading percent numbers, and then says requires next patch must restart. So I do restart and it goes through the patching process and finishes. At the end though, an error message comes up saying that this is not required as I already have 3.3.5.12340. Is there something wrong with this?

This tends to happen when you have two+ WoW folders. The patcher is trying to patch your retail folder when it's your other folder that needs upgrading. Try downloading the update manually, moving it to the WoW folder that needs updating, and running it from within there.
