Krilari's Feedback

It's feedback time, boys!

My opinion still stands, but Jonoth made me realize something today that I want you to know. I'm on my third year on CotH, having started the Draenic Pilgrimage two days ago just around this time of year. From all this time there is three people that I turn to, for nonsensical chat and for RP, three people that I can depend on and have given me great RP.

You're one of them Krilari. Thank you for being great!

No. You may not has feedback.

....So.

I really do enjoy roleplaying with you Kril, though admittedly Clovis and Krilari's conversations don't really tread too far into the deep water. Your events are enjoyable and you've done a lot of great stuff with the Argent Crusade. It's hard to find anything really negative about our interactions together. I look forward to more of Krils journal entries,

I remember RPing with Duron quite often, back in the day. He and Krona were some of the folks I have fond memories RPing with over my time on CotH.

If I have one suggestion for you, Krilari, and this isn't related to your RP...you need to stick up for yourself more. You probably know what I'm talking about, but you have a habit of keeping things bottled up, but never offering strong resistance when trying to get out of situations you're not happy with. You have to be willing to put your foot down at times, or others are just going to keep walking all over you.

Keep up the good work, though!

(I play Erana)
Awesome Gee Emming as a dracognome tonight. (Menacing, but for all the right reasons) Nice handling of a situation you really didn't have any prior knowledge of, and the hazy memory wipe of the characters was a nice touch. Kept the experience from being out of character for dragons as they don't remember her at all, but it also gave us some fun lack-of-material to play with. The muddled memories made for a lot of laughs.

Pretty much everything Dae said. (Although I was playing Norton)

Particularly glad that you made us actually work for it (With the dragon/stubborn mage), so that was pretty neat too.
Glad you used up some precious sleeping time to help the adventure as a whole.

Eleventy thumbs up for you!

Added Anthrion Ironraven to my list of characters, and I would very much like some feedback as to how I play him. Playing a Warden is a bit of a new concept to me, so I'd like some Feedback on him.

Anthrion strays from what I've always thought Wardens were. I've always had the impression that Wardens would do anything to protect their people. From chasing down Orcs, slaying demons, to daring solo missions. To me, Wardens are all srsbsnss all the time. (Which he pulls off with that armored visage)

This Warden is different because he cares for the individual, too. It was really sweet for him to be more concerned for an injured Kaldorei than the Demon Hunter in the area. The Kaldorei have a history of self-sacrifice, but sometimes I think people forget that the Kaldorei are now mortal. This is my opinion; that normal Kaldorei should have an increased reaction to that kind of personal danger, and relationships as a whole. Which from the limited time I've spent with Anthrion pulls off very well.
The true test of his choice lies forward.

To add on to your comment, Ural.

In my eyes, any Warden, 100% of the time would have instantly fought the Demon Hunter. I see Wardens as a rather systematic and highly logical organization; killing the Hunter would undoubtedly save more deaths than rescuing the Sentinel, especially as there were others there to take here away, as I did on Lilli.

Personality wise he is.. almost impeccable. The one thing to think of after the couple of RPs on Lyria is the comment you made when she dissapeared in Moonglade. "Women..." in my view, the Warden would be as blunt and nonchalant as always and simply fall silent. He seems.. too human in some areas, that being a simple highlight.

Otherwise, great. I like how humble you are with combat and you play the just-out-of-training role well.

Thank you both! I'll just post some thoughts to augment both of yours.

I'm trying for both the fresh out of training feel as well as the fact that, compared to most night elves, he's still fairly young. So he hasn't had the time nor experience for his person to harden into the hateful traditionalist that most Wardens are.

Beyond that, the reason he didn't attack Killik right off the bat was more OOC than IC. I didn't want to blindside the player and barge I to the RP. Equally, I didn't feel all to up to combat RP. Never the less, he did actually attack, just the fight didn't last very long.

Never the less, thank you both very much!

Yes, that was what I was thinking. Personally I hold the idea that the training alone would turn him to a blunt and moody guy, but there's no surefire and it's interpretable!
