Question about being blind.

I used to play a blind character in another game. It look a little time but i figured out ways to make him mobile - ie. sliding a quarterstaff against the paving stones along the streets, walking in straight lines at memorized angles, or asking someone to point him in the right direction. Yes, he got abused at times, but that was just part of the fun.

A very interesting thing about doing this is that it opens up lots of opportunities for rp.

Well, Coriv is that kind of character who likes to deceive people. And most people would treat a blind people nice, wouldn't they?
I think that I will just make small eye gaps in the blindfold

I think you would be able to learn rather fast actually. There was a case where someone was blind folded for a month or something like that, and at the end of the month the girl already understood brail. The brain is very fast to adapt, if your character loses their sight it wouldn't be hard to believe that you character has heightened senses by the end of a few weeks (Maybe less if you an elf cause their ears are HUGE X3).
