I have recently made an account on CotH, and I know it doesn't yet work on 4.0.1. I have patch 3.3.5, and when I log in, it starts downloading the 4.0.0 patch. Should I let it download or is this a problem?

Change your Realmlist. And have you posted an introduction yet?

Do not let it patch!! Do not use the launcher and change your realist to the one for COTH. If you let it patch up to 4.0.x you will have a hell of a time getting a copy of wow to work for coth. I should know, spent the better part of a week downloading patches, uninstalling and re-installing, renaming and just generally messing around with my computer to get it to work properly.
