I have an idea. Why not make Marianna disguise as a regular person for sometime? Somehow, give her some sort of disguise so she looks just like a regular person. Make her walk around amongst "regular" people, and infiltrate their ranks and spread some chaos. Sometimes, being a more humble and subtle villain is much more fun than making meteor's rain down from the sky.

I actually have a lot of fun using Marianna's disguise ability. So far there are four disguises she uses regularly, with a plethora of other smaller ones for one-shot affairs. Partially because it allows me to RP her in Goblin settlements and mostly because it allows me to take the 'unassuming' role, something I haven't done in a long time.

I liked the way that you portrayed her in your prestige title write up - bitchy yet adhering to some form of etiquette, tough, selfish, tortured, domineering, slightly vain and short tempered. At least, that's how I remember those posts. Whether or not that set of characteristics yielded a character that worked well with other players is another story. I wouldn't know.

I've been having difficulty making Marianna like she was in her prestige. Part of me is just trying to figure out how I can RP her as that same old short-tempered egotist that I know and love.

In the prestige posts you had a good balance of power and a goal that she was struggling for. She was in a position of needing resources that others had in order to progress. Is the fact that she has met her goal and no longer really needs things from others a factor? I know she has some sort of goal now, but I get the impression that its more of an obligation than a motivating desire, likewise I get the impression that other characters are more of a pawn than a resource to her now. If this is the case, then perhaps changing this dynamic might open up more opportunities?
