Greetings,

Coriv as a character is pretty solid and quite fascinating, especially on how he tries to maintain a modicum of peace in the Lawless Isle and manage the Blades of Aseldor. Nonetheless, I feel that he should moderate his reaction to fights that break out in the Lawless Isle; for example, if it is a brawl between two person, step back and watch while ensuring that the crowd remains uninvolved or safe, but once it involves "innocent" parties would he and the Blades step in. On the other hand, perhaps the morality and innate goodness present in him, an assassin, is very much a part of what he actually is and how he actually acts, so I think its pretty fine as well. Still, it should be careful to balance the Assassin part of him and the Good part of him, as even though I wouldn't brand the two as mutually exclusive, they do tend to conflict with each other.

I personally think that Coriv is an interesting character if a tad overtly reflective of what I believe is your own OOC viewpoint. I am not saying that it is wrong, and in fact, I tend to believe that it can prove helpful in roleplaying said character, in many ways putting yourself in a fantastical setting and situation. Nonetheless, sometimes you grow overtly attached to your character, or OOC-ly agitated over the IC events or happenstances that your character faces. In my humble opinion, you must start to detach yourself from your character and be capable of balancing the fine line between OOC and IC.

I must say I respect you for your perseverance and determination in pulling through your ideas, however, as could be seen with the Lawless Isle, and then continuing on to promote roleplay to it, which I feel is a kind of tenacity that is laudable. Personally, I doubt I can actually go through with all that, wading through the quagmire and criticisms, of issues and dissents that keep popping up, of people literally just trolling the Lawless Isle and trying their utmost to ruin it, without losing my cool myself. And I must say that I greatly enjoy the roleplays I had with you, and look forward to more in the future!

Thank you very much for your kind attention in reading these thoughts of mine and I wish you a joyous and merry day!

Yours sincerely,
Zarquon

Thank you for the feedback. Yeah, I become too attached to Coriv to times, and I've been trying to "deattach" for a while but it doesn't really seem to work out. I find it though to prevent getting attached to characters that you spend -so- much you time on. But on the other hand, I do share alot of similarities with Coriv, but I try to RP out his personality as much as possible. It's not like I OOCly agree on -anything- that Coriv does, and after the Lawless Isle died, Coriv has been trying to reestablish in his old life again. And yes, he has some... mental issues. On one hand, I tried to roleplay him as the bloodthirsty insane coldblooded murderer, who serves as a... "demon" inside of his head. And the other part of him is that who tries to be good, kind, everything you would ever want from an ally. Between these to "parts" of him, he is standing in the middle - distrustful and insecure of what to do.

Also, bump again! Moar feedback = Moar cool RP.

And I'm awesome enough to not spell "more" properly. Deal with it.

To me, Coriv is constantly threading on that thin line between good and evil. Throughout all the RP I've had with him: fighting, killing, brainsucker mass slaughter, cockfighting, corpse hiding, impersonating certain pirates... and lots of even more twisted and messed up situations filled with cheeky remarks and quite questionable content, I still haven't been able to pinpoint exactly where Coriv stands as an alignment. One thing I didn't quite enjoy was the path he took the few weeks after his death. Other than that, he's been a fun to RP with most of the time.

On a side note, his leadership in the guild... is to put it in a way... quite informal. Given the premise of the Blades of Aseldor and its structure, one would expect hierarchy to play a bigger role in the management of its operations. This is not a bad thing however. And there's this lack of events lately... that's bad. Really bad since events are usually enjoyable and fun.( When I am able to attend to the ofc.)

I currently can't think of anything else to say since I'm being pressured by certain someone to hurry up.
And that's it. Nothing groundbraking. Sheesh!
All we are is dust in the wind...

Yeah, but things have been messy lately, and people have been interesting. Now that all the good-doer guilds are merged, we are gonna do more events I suppose.

Moar feedback pl0x.

Arrrr, Coriv likes to mock pirates.

I think Coriv should be someone who is neutral (not pick good or bad sides). So you could be given contracts to kill someone from both sides. Being an assassin usually means you can put your feelings aside. Your a cold, focussed killer inside. I liked the way you changed your disguise every week. You blended into society, as a freelancer rather than a group. Ofcource you can have group things and stuff, but I think Coriv should be someone independent. Might just be me since Coriv reminds me a bit off Assassins creed.

Speaking of which! I think Coriv should have some assassination gadgets.
Most awesome signature of Cap'n Scila! Check check check!

Coriv began constructing his own gadgets recently, but yeah, Coriv is Chaotic Good, and will stay like that for some time. However, he'll most likely try to kill Scila no matter what (or atleast inflict him -alot- of pain). He is currently in the catacombs, spying on the evul people.

I've been thinking about making Coriv a freelancer, but it has been rather tough, both OOCly and ICly.

Coriv... Gosh what to say what to say? I know... Here's your feedback!

On a more serious note:

Coriv is a solid, intriging and fun character to have around. He knows what he is dealing with and that shows. His confidence makes him a nice character overall and as other had mentioned, he blances on a thin line between good and evil, which makes it very interesting, especially for a character like Mistal.

As for the other characters, I only had the chance to RP with Aloup once, and it promised some very interesting RP as well. Sadly we did not continue, though and hopefully we will soon enough!

Furthermore I love the RP I had with you so far, very inspiring and always something that makes Mistal consider his moves towards the people on Alcaz. So yeah! Not much of negative things to add though, but maybe one day I just scroll down the Feedback request page and whiplash your thread and add some negative feedback. Though I doubt so!

Well I think Coriv should use his prestige spells more.

That's it, otherwise I like him.

He actually does use his prestige spells, but not in cities in such. The fact that he's a master assassin, is not really a good thing to go around flashing. (:
