My Absence and The Ashrunes
#1
So, some of you noticed that my time on the server has taken a nose-dive again. I still come on now and then, but regular, daily RP eludes me at the moment. This is for several reasons, so I'll explain myself as best I can here.

One, my mood has dropped, as tends to happen as we reach the last three months of every year and the holidays come. I won't go too much into why this is, as I have little desire for pity nor to throw my problems out onto other people, but the short of it is simple loneliness IRL. Due to my poor mood, I've taken to keeping away from other people in order to not subject them to my lessened patience.

I have, at the same time, taken to playing Oblivion again, this time with intents of finally finishing it. I never got around to doing so before, and now I finally am. This is with intentions of playing Skyrim when it comes out, as I already have it pre-ordered on Steam. 11/11/11 will be glorious.

That said, I'm uncertain what to do with the Ashrunes. I'd like to apologize to everyone within the guild, as I know I've done nothing with it since the restart. However, I've come to realize something about myself...I don't like running events, and trying to force myself to do so just stresses me further. While I had good intentions and lofty ideas for the guild, I just find that my patience and ability to force myself to work on it isn't up to the task of actually reaching those goals, which leaves me in a problem what to do with the guild, exactly. If Mouse is still active and stays active, I may propose a merge with the Goresight. We'll see.

I had intended to say more, but I think this will do for now.
Have you hugged an orc today?

...Thanks for reminding me I finally need to clear Oblivion.

Except I won't, anyway.

Have fun on Skyrim!

Imma miss you.

I think I also know how you feel as well. I used to get very depressed around Christmas and then I picked up art as a hobby and that actually helped quite a bit. Good luck to you getting through this.

I heart you Grakor and I hope that you end up feeling better. I know what you mean about the time of the year. If you want to work something out with the Horde guilds that we've got going on I would totally be game for that. I've just started getting active again and am usually on skype when at home and all that. Holding events can get pretty stressful, but you always do a good job with them if it makes you feel better. I'd like to make sure that your idea, regardless of what you do with, maintains its distinction. You put a lot of thought into it after all. :)

*Hugs* We'll figure it out and create something awesome. Something awesomely...HORDEY.

Sorry to see you vanish for a while, especially concerning the Ashrunes. Would hate to see them go, but eh...
Your stories will always remain...

... as will your valiant hearts.

I have certainly noticed, especially since you are among those whom I would make efforts just to join RP with you. I enjoy hanging out with you in general, in fact, even in OOCness. If we lived closer together along Server time, I am willing to make efforts in helping you deal with RL lonliness. However, this time of the year, indeed, is when things do get busy, and I anticipate similarly over here despite the fact my family doesn't celebrate Halloween and Christmas (religious reasons). I can surely sympathize your attitudes in tandem with the seasons.

I am not choked up about the Ashrunes at the moment, though I am sad nothing has been going on. I am willing to put some life in the guild via Mahen, but I cannot do that as long as there is no support (and it feels awkward). For managing events, well, I'm getting used to starting and managing my own; I can probably assist in spearheading Horde RP through the Ashrunes. But, granted your feelings for the guild, I will not attempt to revive what would be long dead. I will not oppose the merging with the Goresight Vanguard, though I am unsure if Mahen would join.

I do hope things work out for you, Grak, and if I could provide help IRL, I'm willing to go the extra mile. Hugs and kisses, dawg.

Enjoy your break, you'll be missed. I'm looking forward to Skygrim too, maybe, just not as much at that guy.

I still RP on Irogh, so he'd be up for anything pro-Horde.
The true test of his choice lies forward.
