A thousand curses upon the pitbull-thing. Also I have school, as 7 AM ST is 9 AM, so.. hopefully, I can catch the 6 (8pm) event time.

Pah. I am having great difficulty finding time to get on sooner for events during this time. I'll try to come on... sooner than 10 PM >.<

First mini-event was a success! [At least, I hope so.] The thread is updated with some info as well was the current rewards the players have earned.

There is one planned for tomorrow, though I do not know when I will be able to do it as I am not able to move the party nor spawn items. If I cannot get something set up then I'll think of a way to entertain you!

[I also realize 7am server time is a bad idea, as most of you will be in school/sleeping/work.]

It was, indeed, a mighty quest! I congratulate you with a tip of my hat. :D A wag of the finger goes out to Trollcat the troll. Crazy2

But despite Krilnub's antics, it was a great success! Beer

Eve's logs

Day one –

Should you be some unfortunate soul whom has been trapped upon this island just as any else, I pray to the Light for mercy upon your soul. Though, perhaps you are not some forsaken but instead these notes have escaped the confines of this hell. Never the less, these will be my own rendition of notes concerning the issues of this damned island.

Food is rather plentiful despite the frozen lands. Healthy fish visit the docks on a daily basis, providing enough for a meal in itself. Aside from that the nearby population of Shoveltusks seem to –somehow- thrive in the midst of this corpse-ridden hell.

Shelter is just as plentiful, given our group seems to be rather small compared to those who we followed in their wake.

Difficulty comes along when bought to the actual task of surviving. Our food seems to be rotting magically, making it useless after no more than a handful of hours, and deadly after a single day. The shelters have open doors and windows, making warmth scarce and sleep near impossible. Should the task of rest itself be hard to accomplish, we also have to deal with the ever-present crashing of these… monsters upon the barrier that protects us.

Sorry about logging on, and then leaving. I had no idea what was happening, and no one would answer my questions, so I am going to sit this event out. Good luck guys.

There would be a lot of meat stored somewhere convenient but safe.

All of it shark meat.

Most of it is over cooked, perhaps a bit singed on the edges.

Some of it is a little more charred than the rest, a bit less appetizing.

And none of it has spoiled.

Saronsen fought a shark.

(Reigen got the shark to bite him. Evil.)

The shark made a good meal

On the fifth day, everyone repeatedly faded in and out of consciousness.

AKA Server kept crashing.

My updates didn't save last night, hrm.

Next event is today whenever people actually log on to do it, hopefully around 2pm server time.

Unfortunately, real life has been a bad, bad thing, and I had to help my uncle move over this weekend. I'm sorry to have missed out on so much. I'll try to make it shoo enough to where I can jump in once again. That is, unless it ended on plan today.

REIGEN NEEDS TO HOST MORE EVENTS.

THAT IS ALL.

Updated the thread for those who missed the last event.

I did enjoy hosting this event, and I hope those in it enjoyed the event. Due to the positive feedback I received from those online, I have decided to run weekly events, pitting others though similar tasks. Once more, they will be combat light and mental heavy. These will be hosted at random times [IE, when inspiration kicks in].

I might run another big one, as I've learned a lot though this as a DM. Perhaps something in time for winter...

It was a blast DMing for those who did show up, even if it was only six or seven at times.
