Changing Staff Color: A Mockup

And naturally everyone is entitled to their own opinion, I just made this because i'm both bored and think it would be a cool idea.

Corrected, which only emphasizes how similar they are. One is #336600 and the other is #336666. There's not a lot of disparity between those (and the peon color), which is odd given that trial GM should be highly visible like the other staff ranks. The really bizarre thing is that I cannot find any place on the forums that lists the staff members or groups, which makes it hard to see if the membergroup is even still in use. Or has forum helper replaced it?

I'm still advocating for no change (except for potentially with trial GM) and wish that the poll had such an option.

That shows everyone in their proper group that's part of the staff. Trial GM doesn't show up however, maybe because there are none at the moment?

I appreciate the addition. However, that option seems to infer that people who feel that no change is warranted think that that your efforts are wrong. Or that our opinions are somehow wrong because they're contrary to your designs. That doesn't really encourage people to select that option. Minor thing, yes, and I'm probably reading far too much into it. However, I've learned to be wary because people so easily misunderstand my words.

You are reading quite far in to it. This poll really isn't a serious "the winner is really what gets changed to," nor is it officially backed by the staff or something.

I've always thought that green/yellow was more inviting. As in, back before the groups were all made green. I would've preferred to simply go to green before blue.


Edit: Or maybe even a compromise. I don't think it's very hard to change GM colors, is it? My idea, change it randomly for fun!
