Journalists Wanted

Short, sweet and to the point, as all personals should be.

We'll be kick-starting an In-Character newspaper, The Word. Since a paper can't be read if it doesn't have any words, we'll need some writers to fill our papers. As a writer you'll be asked to write actual articles for publishing on the forum. Since the paper will start out as a once-a-week deal, all that is asked is one 200-to-600 article per week.

Currently we are looking for six journalists, 3 Horde and 3 Alliance. Characters who are un-affiliated with guilds are a requirement, as In-Character we don't want any conflicts of interest.

If you're interested, post below or send me a PM/Whisper in game on Vita! You can also grab me on Skype under the name Rosencrat. All we ask for you to tell us is how often you are free (A rough schedule) and what race you're interested in playing.

EDIT: We will be starting off as a World News paper. That means we will focus on the activities of player-run characters.

The three sections we have are World News, Character Profiles and Guild News. If we can get that core down we can expand into Soap Box Writing, which are things like op-eds and personal interest articles.

This'd give a certain Sheckley Scribblestorm something to do. Because Quintric clearly isn't enough gnome for me. You already have the gist of my schedule as of this Thursday, I think, but we can talk about it more once I can actually, you know, sign into Skype again. :P

The newspaper's gonna be neutral. Heck, we're even working on getting a neutral office for role-playing purposes.

As I said, though! I need people not to just post here, but also contact me in game/on skype/via PM. I want to talk with people and make sure they understand the commitment to this before we get anything going.
