Bloodlust
#16
One thing I'll mention here right fast is that the bloodlust is also present in orcs that weren't touched by the fel at all. In one of the quests in Nagrand you see Saurfang the Younger go into blood fury mode (his eyes glow red) and he describes essentially how it feels. Note that he's a mag'har.

So, I'd say the fel just augmented what was already there for the orcs, rather than added it.
Have you hugged an orc today?

Okay, thanks Grakor. Also everyone else too! It helped alot. I thought they were peaceful with no bloodlust, but were made that way by the fel.

They are a generally peaceful folk. Wherever the bloodlust comes from, it didn't make them bloody (hurr) savages until the demons got to them. Until then, whatever bloodlust they had, they used it honorably in trials and the like. As I understand it, anyway.

Aye, orcs are typically a peaceful people, but they'll kick the crap out of you when provoked.
Your stories will always remain...
