Friend can't join

Hey, it seems my friend can't registar to CoTH. Is there something wrong with his computer or is it the web stuffs? (I am not good with computers...)

Can you get a screenshot of any possible error he is receiving? Do you know the account name he is attempting to use?

Get us the exact process he is using as well. While it may seem obvious, there could be something missing.

I can't get the shot, the link to where he is supposed to register keeps going to, we can't access your page... Then there are a bunch of links to CoTH.

Has he posted an introduction and had it approved?

I'm really not sure what to tell you. The same problem was presented in this thread, but I was able to create and activate a new account fine. It was only after I tried following the link a second time (after activation) that I had the error come up (because the page technically didn't exist anymore).
Check to see if their username is in the member list. They're probably already activated now.

The issue is that he can't get through the like register link in the member thingy :P He's just a guest atm, does that clearify things?

Before you are able to connect to the server, you will need to head over to the Introductions forum, read the stickies in there for information, and then post an introduction. Let's reiterate the part about reading the stickies there. There are quite a lot of introductions that get denied simply because they didn't read the stickies or FAQs.
