About the Cata torrent...

The torrent given to us by Kretol, by downloading it, do I get all the game from the very beginning to patch 4.3.4a?
Or does it only get me from 3.3.5a to 4.3.4a? I'm asking it because I may have to delete my whole WoW folder, so I would have to install WoW all over again...
