Dissappearing

It has been no easy time here on CoTH at times, and life in general and since my perhaps brief time here all around this year, I'm disappointed in a lot of things and I'm angry with mostly myself and the current stress I have to put up with in my life, I've decided it's for the best I think matters over and take a bit of a period of rest from the server, before I do something irrational or that would otherwise get me thrown out and banned. And in all reality I don't RP much on the server anyways other than with two or three different people, actively. Mainly because most of my RP partners have ended up banned, leaving, taking a forced leave or they just aren't active enough on the server, it's happened so repetitively I don't see the point in RPing anymore if it's just destined to have some other interference resulting in a cease.

Some of you that have spoken to me tonight may have this mixed in for a ragequit - In reality the only rage is not directed towards any of you, but at fate and how I've ended up being a mere speck in the group, insignificant on CoTH and having little to no perceivable potential for becoming more than that of nothing. And that and the randomness of dramatic events, shame me greatly.

Noble, one of the things that I can tell you is this. If you honestly feel this way, then perhaps it is good you take a step back and re-evaluate things. It's not as hard here as your post makes it sound, often if problems frequently arise it's due to the input the person feeling that way puts into the server. Negative actions lead to negative feelings from the community and the GM's, and can lead to this drama and confliction over and over again.

If you have a dour outlook, or you surround yourself with others with that same perception, of course this is going to happen time and time again. Often those people that are like that get into trouble, because they try to find the negative wherever they can, and that never sits well with others especially when they are trying to make this a better place.

I disagree about you being nothing and that you have no potential to become anything other than that. I say this because I've RP'd with you before...maybe frequently, I've been lazy about checking who I'm RPing with. But that's beside the point. The point is, this RP as an exchange is more than 'nothing'; I'm sure anyone else who has RP'd with you can say the same.

I wish I had noticed this thread a month earlier to tell you this: feel free to add/message me on skype if you ever want another RP partner during or after your break.
