Great Grandfather Morg Shadowblade - Shaman
Great Grandmother Habina Stormcaller - Shaman
The stories told to Skraap lead back to his great grandparents, Shamans of the original clans pre-First War era. Habina Stormcaller and Morg Shadowblade fell in love at first sight, combining the two clans which was not often at the time. Morg was a powerful shaman, and his wife Habina was a strong intelligent healer. Both were very clan orientated and cared for nothing more than their family. Very spiritual also. A story was once told to Skraap by his parents about how his great grandfather fought along side his wife and battled for 3 days straight, fending off attacking forces threatening to destroy his clan. They died while protecting their clan once the Shadow Council convinced everyone to drink the blood of a powerful Pit Lord giving them the Blood Curse and causing all of the clans to go insane with blood lust and fight amongst themselves. They gave birth to one child only, Karg Shadowblade.
Grandfather Karg Shadowblade - Shaman (later into a Warlock)
Grandmother Mrarina Nightaxe - Rogue
The life of this couple was different, but understandable do to the changes of the orcs at the time. The couple met after the corruption of the orcs and the form of the Shadow council. Karg was a strong shaman for the Shadowblade clan before being convinced to switch to Fel Magic and to worship demons, Mrarina was a very talented rogue for the Nightaxe Clan. The met one day while Karg was out training his demon he summoned for the first time. Mrarina was passing by and thought the two were fighting so swiftly ended the demons life. Furious at first, Karg summoned a much more powerful demon to defeat Mrarina but as the demon stepped out of the portal, the apprentice warlock realized he could not be controlled. Together, Mrarina and Karg defeated the demon and were lovers ever since. They soon after had two children, the female shaman Gharol, and the male warrior Khang. Karg was having visions of Medivh and wasn't sure what to do about them until one day the Shadow Council appeared at his door step and offered him either to join or to die. Without second thought Karg joined the Council blinded by power not realizing what he would do to not only himself and his clan, but to the rest of the orcs till the end of time. Karg was the first to drink from the blood of the Pit Lord from the Shadowblade Clan, soon after the rest of his clan (including his wife and her clan) had drank the blood also. Now corrupted with power all of the clans had an endless blood lust to kill anything and everything. The clans soon ran out of things to conquer so they fought amongst themselves, the two lovers found themselves on opposite sides, even ever since their love had brought the two clans together. The Blood curse was too strong even for the closest of friends to resist the hatred for one another. The two clans clashed, but Karg and Mrarina couldn't take watching the bloodshed of their two families. They left their clans, leaving them to destroy themselves. Soon after the Shadow Council saw their actions and took it as treason to their own clans, a huge disgrace for orcs to do, as they are known to be very honorable and Clan orientated. They slaughtered the Warlock and Rogue even though Karg was one of their own, but spared the children who then raised themselves for the next few years, training themselves rigorously before entering through the Dark Portal, only trusting one another and staying in solitude.
Aunt Gharol Shadowblade - Shaman
Not much is known about Skraap's Aunt Gharol. All that is known is she collected books of shamanism and preserved them until the portal to Azeroth was opened. She then ventured deep into the Barrens during the first war to master the way's of the Shaman, vowing to not let her family's roots die. She was never heard from again after that day and Skraap was told as a child that she died passing through the portal into the new world.

Mother Vatena Bearclaw - Rogue
The parents of Skraap. Khang was a powerful warrior who lost his parents at a young age, forced to raise himself and look after his younger sister prior to entering into the portal to Azeroth. Once there his sister left him to go study the ways of the Shaman in solitude and left him all on his own. Without a place in the world he joined the Horde army and fought in the first war at a young age. Battled hardened Khang returned home to Orgrimmar after the sacking of Stormwind City, he should've felt success but didn't, for he had no purpose now. Soon after returning to Orgrimmar he met a young beautiful Orc by the name of Vatena Bearclaw, a rogue who assisted the Horde in the siege of Stormwind. They talked for a long time in a bar about the war and realized how much they enjoyed one another... It was all history after that. They fell in love and got married right as the second war had started. They did not see one another much as Vatena left the military, but Khang felt it was his duty to lead the Horde to victory. A very successful military career the warrior had, and was well respected amongst the ranks. Alas, the Horde fell in the second war, Khang and Vatena Shadowblade were imprisoned in internment camps.. where they decided they needed to breed so their kin may live on if they did not. Thus Skraap Shadowblade was born. Khang and Vatena tried to train their only son as much as they could even though he was so little, in case of the worse, which is what happened. Thrall came and freed the orcs, but even as strong as Khang was he could not save his family. Sacrificing his own life to save his only son, he was slain in front of Skraap's eyes, his mother already dead from the heat of the battle. Skraap was stunned, paralyzed by the events that just occurred in front of his eyes. Thrall personally lifted him on his shoulder and escorted him out of the camp and back across the sea to Orgrimmar leaving him the last known Shadowblade clan member, but he vowed to rebuild the clan.

General History of the Clan:
A clan know for its warriors and spiritualism. They respect the ways of the Orc and Shaman and take it to heart. There is nothing more important than their honor. They look up to their Elders and Shamans, often going to them for advice. Even the leader of the clan was known to consult just about every decision with them. They are natural leaders and hold some powerful bloodline abilities.
