Tera Rising - A CotH Guild

I don't know how many of you play Tera Rising, but I do enjoy leveling with people I know. I usually play on the Role Play server Celestial Hills with my main, a level 52 Elin Slayer Lilivei. It kept me quite occupied during the last few months of my absence until I realized it's a whole lot more fun when you play with other people!

So, how many of you play Tera and have an alt to throw at a CotH guild? We can all go level our alts together~

I was playing TERA pretty actively a few months back. No one else that I know was playing, but I still leveled up a bit. Eventually I lost interest, but I could at least throw my character in there.

Archeage will eat most of my MMORPG allocated time.. but I was looking at Tera a while back and it seemed fun. MAAAAYBE.

I found it super enjoyable. And it's freeeeeeeeeeeeeee~

I'll give it a go. What race/class should I play?

All races share a starting area, so you don't have to worry about not being able to level with other races. The alt I made for group leveling, though, is a High Elf Sorcerer.

I'm gonna be Archeage binging tomorrow when it launches but I'll try and give some time to Tera as well. Also Sorum, I recommend rolling a char on Tahyang, as it seems to be the unofficial RP server.

Or not? I'm getting an issue with the patcher reading the program files as corrupted and I don't feel like troubleshooting an unfamiliar client at the moment...

Xigo and I had a similar issue. I'm guessing there's a bug in one of the newer patches. This link helped both of us with our client's issues.

I.. Just uninstalled it as I stopped playing it. q_q got kinda bored from leveling.

It's an alright MMORPG. It has some good mechanics that makes it stand out a little. I just wish they didn't sexualize the female characters to the ridiculous levels that they do -- it goes past indecency and into comedy.

I feel the same, I felt like the females had no clothes while the males had too much clothes..

It wasn't just the clothes, it was essentially everything they did. Just climbing a ladder in that game felt like an intro to a porno.

I found a server emulator for Tera! I'm gonna be looking in to this a bit more and maybe suggest we have our own little Tera server.

...I really think emulating games that aren't like, meant to be emulated is a really, really bad move for CoTH Sachi.  I'm sorry to say it.  If people were to play the retail version of it though, I'd be all for that.  But us having a private server of a game that doesn't allow for that?

Just seems like needless heat on the community.
