My vote is for omnivorous, as the night elves will kill for food as long as they do not kill recklessly or without purpose. They believe in balance in nature, and part of that balance is predator/prey.

Tauren druids eat meat, Tauren use everything the nature offers or sacrfices, and I don't think Night Elves think too different.

Well, it is part of nature for animals to be killed and eaten by other animals. And plants are part of nature, too. So... unless they're starving themselves.. >.> <Shrug> I think they eat both, it just depends on the individual's beliefs, etc.

I'd say that they're omnivorous, in general, but can pick and choose obviously.

I also don't think that the canine there is really that big, I know people in RL whose canines are a bit bigger than normal.
