Welcome!
Lok'Tar! Conquest of the Horde was originally a private World of Warcraft RP community that focused primarily on roleplay within the WoW setting. Originally established in September of 2007, CotH enjoyed a healthy reign of over seven years focused on WoW roleplay. On January 22nd of 2015, a DMCA notice was issued, resulting in a halt of the WoW RP focus. Now, the community has expanded to encompass multiple worlds in various games and settings. This community will serve as a hub for members to join like-minded individuals in any game or environment. The community itself will also host a few game worlds of its own after development progresses enough.
While the dust is settling after the revelation of the WoW server closure, feel free to hang out and see how development goes!

  Submitting Questions/Ideas/etc.

I just recently posted in the global Feedback thread regarding using Google Moderator. Please check out the post!

I feel this may be useful, so long as people don't take advantage of anonymity and attempt to troll. As mentioned before, it can provide topics to bring up during M&G's or the like, and can also help those who truly feel that they cannot approach a GM or myself without being anonymous.

Of course, I'm also a bit giddy to try out another Google service, but... still! Please feel free to try it out if you wish.

  Prestige System on Hold
Posted by: Grakor456 - 10-28-2010, 04:21 PM - Forum: Community News - Replies (9)

Due to the prestige system not working in a way we find desirable, we've decided that, for the moment, we will be accepting no new applications for prestiges at this time. If you were already working on one prior to this point, you may continue to work n that character's title, but no more after that.

The GM team will be discussing what is to be done with this, and I apologize for this inconvenience.

  Guild Sub-Forum Moderator Changes
Posted by: Grakor456 - 10-23-2010, 06:24 PM - Forum: Community News - No Replies

Due to moderators, even simple ones, being given certain abilities on the forum that were not intended, we monkeyed around a bit with the settings before coming to the conclusion that there was no way to set things exactly how we wanted them. As a result, Kretol and I decided the best course of action was to remove guild sub-forum moderators completely.

However, the guild leaders will still be given an improved level of access that will still allow them to post stickies within their own forum. As this is the main feature most guild forum mods used, I figure you all still have the most important functions.

Questions, problems, or concerns, post here.
