Welcome! |
Lok'Tar! Conquest of the Horde was originally a private World of Warcraft RP community that focused primarily on roleplay within the WoW setting. Originally established in September of 2007, CotH enjoyed a healthy reign of over seven years focused on WoW roleplay. On January 22nd of 2015, a DMCA notice was issued, resulting in a halt of the WoW RP focus. Now, the community has expanded to encompass multiple worlds in various games and settings. This community will serve as a hub for members to join like-minded individuals in any game or environment. The community itself will also host a few game worlds of its own after development progresses enough.
While the dust is settling after the revelation of the WoW server closure, feel free to hang out and see how development goes!

Events Calendar! |

Oi!
I recently added Google Apps to the CotH domain, and one of the boons is shared calendars! Therefore, I decided to make an Events calendar that any full GM (for the time being, as I test this out) can edit or add to. Therefore, if you would like an event that you've planned out (actually having a firm date and time) added to the calendar, please feel free to visit this thread in the Event Planning forum!
Bear in mind that all times will be in Pacific Time (GMT -8 normally, -7 with DST), as that's what the server time -should- be in.
Be sure to use the Time Zone Converter to get proper times! Convert your local time to US/Pacific.

The first Gurubashi Grindfest is over! Two days of bloodsports, drinking, betting and adultery, two days at the Great Gurubashi Arena. We have seen warriors of many a kind fight against each other and horrifying beasts alike, the spawn of gods and dragons were brought forth against our champions, but they prevailed!
And now... Now we have our heroes!
For the Bonebreaker Brawls, we have Jean!
For the Beast Grind we have team Height Chart, members being: Neyshifa "Wildvine", Laars "Iron Fists" and Besdle "Mad-Diver"!
For the Duels to First Blood we have Besdle "Mad-Diver"!
And as the Last Woman to still Stand we have Gille, the Medic!
The winners recieve their priceless rewards along with a sum of gold and even silver tokens (whenever the Bilgewater agents manage to locate them), seek out these men and women, gnomes and elves and see if they wish to share their glory! Or maybe challenge them to test if they are really as able as they would have us think!
Late? What do you mean late? News come exactly when they were meant to!

New requirement (very small!) for profiles |

Oi!
We're going to be testing something here very shortly with profiles, in an effort to make them a bit more efficient in getting done. If you have a profile in the Profiles forums, and henceforth, please put a simple note in the title of the profile with the race.
For example,
Kretol Earthshaker [Orc]
Jeeves Smith [Human]
Prancingstar Nightfairy [NElf]
As you can see, it can either be the whole name of the race or an abbreviation. If it's a long race name, like Blood Elf, it's advised to abbreviate it (like BElf), but feel free to abbreviate shorter names, like Human (HUM) or Dwarf (DWF), etc.
Also, please don't use names such as [Sin'dorei] or [Kal'dorei]. We only want the base names of the races.
Aka'magosh!

WSG now has class trainers! Just putting it out there for everyone!
They are all located right by the Auction House / the goblin acting as one. You can't miss them.
If you encounter any errors with them, please do tell!
