Lok'Tar! Conquest of the Horde was originally a private World of Warcraft RP community that focused primarily on roleplay within the WoW setting. Originally established in September of 2007, CotH enjoyed a healthy reign of over seven years focused on WoW roleplay. On January 22nd of 2015, a DMCA notice was issued, resulting in a halt of the WoW RP focus. Now, the community has expanded to encompass multiple worlds in various games and settings. This community will serve as a hub for members to join like-minded individuals in any game or environment. The community itself will also host a few game worlds of its own after development progresses enough.
While the dust is settling after the revelation of the WoW server closure, feel free to hang out and see how development goes!

First off, I'd like to mention again that we do try to have certain standards for spelling and grammar. We are an English speaking server in a medium where text is the primary means of communication, so some skill at the language is required, and we expect everyone to do their best in communicating their ideas.
HOWEVER, and this is the main reason I posted this...
This does not give you the right to insult or belittle someone if their skill with English is below par. We have many people here from around the world, and not everyone is a native English speaker. We do try to be understanding and patient with those who do not speak the language natively, and you should too.
The bottom line is this: you are allowed to give grammar tips to people now and then, but there is no excuse at all about being rude or insulting to people over this. None at all. It's not helpful and it's not necessary. Play nice.

As a reminder, patch 3.2.2 came out today. If you still play both Retail and here, be sure that you are using two separate WoW folders if you wish to continue playing both.
If you somehow accidentally patched up, please follow the guides to patch back down in the Technical Support forum.
