Rytlock's sibling.

So. I forgot to post an update! Rytlock got a home, his name became Sashquach or however you spell it. His sister Zoey, has not yet found a home. However we've encountered an issue with her.



Her front legs are deformed. They bow out and they are not long enough. I thought at first that it was just a growth thing and she'd grow into her body. So far not so good. So, in short, she's going to be a slanted cat and this could cause health issues later on. Also pictured above you can see her extra toes. She has a total of six extra.

She's not in danger or anything, it just means that she has a higher chance for arthritis as she gets older, it also explains why she cannot jump very well. Her front legs aren't quiiiiite doing the job. Either way - She's still cute as a button. I've got a video of her playing with my cat. I'll get that up sometime tomorrow.

There's one more to catch, but yup. Still rescuing.

Edit: I believe it's a boy and his name is Jyovani.

Erm, not to detract from the horrifying amount of cuteness going on...

Yes, yes it is. A gift from a family member that passed away. I'm not fond of the meaning of the flag itself, but it's a gift and I cherish them.

A better look at little Jyovani:

Eljun? Meet your elder counterpart, the fearsome Jingles. (And yes, those are my Call of Duty jammie-pants. Don't you dare judge me.)

So there were three total in this group, all of which are now caught and all of which are males.

First off is Jyovani [Jyo], the grey and white kitten pictured above. Total sweetheart.

Next is Thragash. Right now he's still scarred and will only hiss if provoked. Total sweetheart though, really big compared to the other two, making him the bruiser of the bunch. He's calming down with time and will make a good, big kitty for someone.


...And then there's Bitchcat. Name pending possibly Garrosh due to being a total Beotch. Give it food? Hiss. Walk by the cage? Hisssputtergrrr. Put something on top of the cage? HISS RAGE KILL. Try to pick it up? DOOM! Lil' sucker bit me.


Note: Cage is only temporary until they earn room-rights. Aka show they can chillax and not be total jerks as well as don't run away from me when I go to pick them up. Once they tame down, they're let out like Jyo is. If anything, I'll separate the two as solitary confinement tends to tame a cat faster than anything. Zoey was a total jerk until her brother was adopted and she was alone, then she warmed right up and now never lets me out of her sight.

...Or she's plotting to kill me too. Speaking of, these are -all- her siblings and she's taken to teaching Jyo how to get into things around here.

Can't say that I'm much of a "cat person", but I haven't seen any of the cat lovers I know go out of their way to do something like this, despite the numerous times they have stated their love for these animals. Be the change you want to see in the world, right ?
