Thanks, first published part about my death knight, oh how I missed her and the drama around her. Have another finished chapter and some that needs polishing and some texts from my troll tribe and... well, quite a few things.

The best way to learn about the server and such remains playing and most of all, observing. Watch players if you're unsure, just stray out of there way and eavesdrop OOCly. This was the first time I got into WoW RP, here on COTH, and it was by observance that I gathered how to generally not mess up too badly. For OOC we primarily use /dnd, as well as any OOC chatter at all is construed into the /1 - General /2 - Trade /3 - Defense and /4 - LookingForGroup. Make sure to /join chat upon arrival, it's where a spot of discussion throws down. /join Barrenschat if you're feeling up for some general wackyness and occasional (see: every other line) memes of the internets.

The second best way to learn, is, well, asking questions. If you have uncertainty on anything, ask it in chat, and I assure you people will respond to the best of their knowledge. Most players tend to run on a Pay It Forward moral with people asking questions, answering them to the best of their ability and asking when they see fit. The general rule of breaking things of that it's better to ask for forgiveness rather permission is reversed, and any uncertainty should totally be inquisitioned on before attempting. Make sure to read the Wiki front and back, to nail down everything, cause there's a lot more rules than can easily be thought of as basics. The wiki will solve most of your problems, I assure you. If not, ask the forums or the in-game chat.

I'd love to see your introduction, and RP with you in the future, you seem to have a good head on your shoulders.

The 'Server Status' page on the right should show you everyone (Including GM's in a separate section in case you need to ask one a question in the server at the moment, the Player Map showing their positions, with the Components section doing a myriad of technical things such as Character Teleporting to the home cities, transfers to other accounts (Which you can PM Kretol on the forums and ask for, don't just go off and make a second account!) and other mumbo jumbo I personally never use.

Political RP is barely existant on the server, HOWEVER a few of us (Maybe just me, I dunno) have begun trying to spark something in Stormwind. My Nobleman-to-be (Still needs to be approved but I'm allowed to play him) Taves Marrowmore is an example of that.

Oh, nobility RP is really fun, did alot on a blood elf on Sporeggar at a point. Wine, cheese, servants, intrigue and loads of gossip at walks around the gardens of Silvermoon City.


I think that my roomies will find it easy to get the feel of OnlineGame RP here. And of course they do have a great teacher.
