Come on. Hit me.

Alright, I'm getting back to grips with some serious DMing for the first time since the summer and I'd like to hear what you guys are all thinking.

Hit me up with any comments and criticisms you have to make, and don't feel the need to pull any punches. If I'm doing something wrong, then I want to do it better in the future.

(More generally, I'm bumping this to get any sort of feedback whatsoever. My GM work? My forum presence? My manner when dealing with you fine fellows in an official capacity? My awful, absurd sex jokes on Skype? Hell, even my RP? Anything you have to say about anything, get.)

Thanks in advance.

I'm really quite amazed that you're able to keep all the threads together when you're DMing. I quickly get lost in the sea of action, raid chatter, and rolls, and I'm only playing one of the characters involved. Hats off to you.

Your characters, even the NPCs, have depth and personality to them. Again, this is something that has to be cultured, so the fact that you are able to have multiple personas at once is a testament to your work.

Your events are enjoyable. Yes, perhaps they may run on a bit long, but that's as much because of us players chatting in raid instead of acting as it is something that you're doing.
