((Please note that this is a WIP. Feel free to point out anything I may have forgotten. I will be adding to it over the course of a few days. That includes pictures, and a LOT more content.))
What have the living given you, Death Knight? You were one of the thousands who protected the living, sacrificing your own life in the process! And now they fear you and cast you away to Northrend, spending your life for their own safety - again!
But no longer.... Terriss, the spirit-of-the-sword has promised us our victory. With the neverending life she grants, we will reign over the Warmlings at last.

Not long ago, the runeblade of the Death Knight Sanya Athaedrys spoke to her, promising new freedom and power to those forgotten by the living. They would live as equals, blessed by the runeblade's powers. Never again would any of them die, and wake subjugated by another force. Never again would they be mistreated by the living whom they saved.
The discontented. The mistreated. The violent. The insane. The freakish. Those Death Knights and Forsaken - unsatisfied with serving the Ebon Blade, and disillusioned with the living - all have a place in the Whispering Blade. A place where they are free from the living. Together, we will raze the lands of the living... and come into our own.
But in our conquest, we must always pay respect to Terriss. The runeblade may be powerful, but she feeds on the strife; the flesh and blood of the living which her disciples give to her as offerings. Feed her well, and she becomes powerful for us. Feed her poorly, and we lose the support which makes our freedom possible.
We depend on one another. If we fail, then we lose our opportunity and our freedom - forever.
Joining the Whispering Blade is possible for a person of any race or state of life. However, you will have to contact me OOCly or find a way to meet Sanya or Taiga ICly. This can be difficult without prior arrangements, since they don't hang out in civilized areas. One of them will give your character an initial interview. (And if it's Taiga, she'll probably end up flirting with you. Yeah... it's kind of her hobby.)
The difficulty of joining depends on your current status: Forsaken or Death Knights will be welcomed with open arms. Currently-living applicants will have to prove themselves equal to their undead counterparts, and sympathetic to the cause.
OOC Rules: Nothing special. But keep in mind that if you are uneasy with violence or gore, this is not the guild for you. Ditto if you like to cause interpersonal drama.
IC Rules:
1. Respect and protect other members/Death Knights/Undead. They are your kin and should be treated as such. Within the guild, all are equals.
2. Except for some special cases, Warmlings are not to be considered equals. Those who have proven themselves worthy are people. The rest are food waiting to happen.
3. Show your support by feeding the blade. Terriss and Sanya will reward faithful followers, and you will also rise in rank.

Sanya Athaedrys is currently dwelling in the Amani Catacombs of the Ghostlands, although she only invites the most loyal disciples there.

The Whispering Blade is now sending out representatives to find new Initiates. Those Initiates will later undergo a group ceremony. Only then will they be given our mission.
The Whispering Blade is reclaiming areas of the Ghostlands for the Death Knights. Uninhabited areas are highest priority. We are anticipated to make assaults on Tranquillien and the Farstrider Enclave in the future.
Being a rogue Death Knight is not risk-free, and the 'missions' we will undergo will sometimes be directly hostile to some factions/other player characters. In the event of death, your character will be resurrected after the usual one-week period by our Shadow Priest.
This resurrection service is assured as long as you are in the guild. Simply whisper or PM me if you need a rez.

Q: So the Whispering Blade is unfriendly with almost all of the living. Does this mean my character in the guild can't associate with the living? A: Not at all. Associate with them whenever you want, but don't get too lovey.
