What is accordingly the estimated time in which some staff member accepts/deny someones Introduction into the process in which they can create an in-game account? I have no idea how long the rest of the guys waited for them to get their acceptances so they can create an account so i was just wondering

I waited a few days, at most? There's quite a few introductions approved everyday, so give it until the 9th before worrying too much. Check your email often to see if you get a response, otherwise it'll just be posted here. ^.^
Best of luck!

why is it that they don't just add an automated account creator on the homepage, they worry about hackers/exploiters?

Because, as terrible a comparison this might be, that is like someone coming up to you and saying 'So yeah, I wanna become a technician' and someone who would be hiring people going 'Yeah! Alright! You're in! I don't need to know anything about you!'

Simply put: quality control. The awesome GMs here review each application to check for people who would be a good fit into CoTH and not be here to troll or grief the server. It's worked out fine thus far, and applications get processed pretty fast, so no worries really.

o.O; all the gms here who work on the application process are volunteer, no one gets paid to do any of this. It also sends up a few warning signs if the player can't wait a few days to start RPing. Nothing wrong with being eager, those three days of waiting were super torturous, but gotta give the gms some time. ^.^
