I wouldn't do that however, because I believe you'd miss all the emotes that come from bruiser puppeting and other GM commands.

Also, we shouldn't remove things because some people find them annoying. That's selfish behaviour.

Perhaps the frequency of what he says could be turned down instead. Having seen it for myself, he does say something every fifteen seconds or so, which seems like it could get rather spammy.
