Well if the guy can write a decent enough story and impress all the GMs, and Admins, I think they may allow it. But ofcourse it has to be very very very very very good.

Forest Trolls don't have any technology large as a Human boat, are on the eastern coast of Hinterlands, basically as far away as possible from the Trolls mentioned before, and you'd have to fight through hundreds of Forest Trolls to get to that Troll, if you wanted to enslave one.

If I recall Xigo managed to make a really good history and backstory for his murloc character, however the running joke is that it'll never be approved. A good profile doesn't mean the character is guaranteed.

It's best to get GM permission before making the profile so there's no wasted time or effort on making a profile that won't get passed.

Those Forest Trolls are not part of the Horde. The Revantusk Tribe is merely an ally tribe of the Horde.
