Lost Data and Interface

Today, when I tried to log in, my Data and Interface files were missing. This was a incredibly strange occurrence to the fact that I had not been messing around with my World of Warcraft folder for the past few weeks. Would anyone be able to send me a link or pass their's on? I am on a mac, by the way.
