Well... To counterclaim the statement with not science. But in-game things, as we've learned that we can use anything that we're able to find in our spell book.

That the forsaken -racial- removes all sleeps, fear, etc... Could unconsciousness not be a state of sleep?

That racial ability refers to the willpower of the Forsaken, however. It doesn't specifically refer to their bodily functions, as is what is being debated in this topic.

(The equivalent of "Will of the Forsaken" for living races = Adrenaline boost. :3)
