Silvermoon Orphanage

Half past the ninth hour of night in Silvermoon. With the constant soft hum and glow of magic in the city, and the strict scheduling of its denizens, it sometimes made the neophyte assistant of the city's orphanage wonder if it was really dawn or dusk at all. Or, yet another veneer of arcane to lull her and others into their mandatory cacoon of happiness.

Ithildess Pyrefeather, ex-Sunfury and now neophyte priestess, peered into the sleeping quarters of the orphanage. A long-fingered palm rested against the edge of the doorway. One might think one of the city's fel-crystals watched the children with how bright her eyes were. A soft sigh, and she let the sheer curtain fall, padding away on simple sandal-clad feet around a corner.

"All this talk of re-populating the city. All this push and clamor to reignite Silvermoon's future. They do not see its spark glinting in its forgotten corners and halls", she mused, flopping into a seat at a desk. A small window allowed her to keep an eye on the children from here. The disturbed scowl upon her face softly twitched, then faded into the start of a smile. "I will ensure this spark is not forgotten. These little phoenix hatchlings not quelled."

A soft creak of the chair as Ithildess leaned back, legs stretching out as she found her left-behind cup of coffee, heating it again with a flicker of golden flame. Nestled and prepared, she spent another night on watch for these little ones.

For those like-minded folk in Silvermoon or the Horde who find the push to repopulate distasteful, pointless, or down-right wrong-minded, the Silvermoon Orphange needs your help. Even if you might be on the repopulation bandwagon, the orphanage and its Little Phoenixes needs you.

OOC: Simple enough, right? An orphanage guild to provide a bit of a backdrop to Silvermoon's hustle and bustle, something for the noble houses to invest in or use as public relations/an image booster.

While I'm not the best at organizing events and whatnot, I am open to work with others for such! As well, Ithildess is just an assistant ICly, being a neophyte, so if one would like to join as a Matron or Patron (if those exist), feel free!
