Even when you steal my emoticons, Cara, you find ways to warm my heart:

Since we're bumping this, however, I am curious: How are people enjoying the Felfire Club? I've been meaning to ask but I keep forgetting.

The Felfire has been nothing short of a delight for me. It's been a good way to actually play out character's intellect and differing opinions in a form of RP I generally tend to enjoy. But that's probably because I'm a sucker for debates. As for general RP, I could sprout plenty of compliments and you know it, but instead I feel like offering points that I feel you can improve on!

The false-smile-syndrome. It seems a lot of your characters, have this habit of having some kind of hidden personality beneath a mask. Now while this isn't necessarily a bad thing, the problem is... It's always the same mask. The dainty polite smiling woman with subtle maniacal hints. I've seen it on Marianna, I've seen it on Valira, and I've seen it a bit on Claremont. It feels like you're taking the same aspect you loved and slapping it on most characters I saw from you. (Moriok being an exception, of course.) To give out an example or perhaps even a thing close to a solution, I'll use the WoD idea of Nature and Demeanor. When one makes a character, he has to aspects to fill in. His Nature, and his Demeanor. The nature applied is what the character truly is. Something that may be subconsciously locked up or free, but it's his/her true nature, how he/she would react when under pain or fear. It is the primal essence of the character.

Next up, you have Demeanor. Demeanor means what your character allows others to see. It's how he/she consciously behave, and display on a social level. Demeanor is the mask the character wears to hide his/her true nature.

So, maybe next time you make a character, perhaps try using it? And instead of the usual 'polite-smile' try putting something else in Demeanor? Other than that, I don't really see any kinks that need hammering out. So, I suppose, rock on Rosenrock.

Well, time to dredge this up from the abyssal depths.

I've updated the main post with more information, but I'll summarize it here: I've changed up my character list (All good characters now), my event types (Now all non-combat) and even trying to fix my outward demeanor and character flaws.

I just want to hear how people think about the changes I've put on myself, my characters and my activity.

I really loved that short little storyline with Lustig! The fact someone wanted to approach me and involve me with their characters (instead of vice versa) always flatters me, and you gave Maeia some of the best development she's had since she was reunited with Cristovao. I look forward to more RP with Lustig in the future as well.

As for your attitude, I maintain my POV I had back last year: you're fun to RP with and friendly, I daresay moreso now than then. You're endearing to talk with and all that jazz, at least to me. Give people a chance and relax and I'm sure you'll go far!
Your stories will always remain...

I dig just about everything this one touches. Wish our last little encounter had come further out of the planning stages than it did but I'll fault my own agenda for some of that. Keep on truck'n Ros.

I really did enjoy that as well. I've been trying to work on making villains that do more character building like that. It does ruin a bit of the fun knowing your character's actions are in another's hands, but it is rewarding to contribute to storylines.

This summarizes my feelings. We haven't had much RP, but Rosencrat, you're my bud. It's fantastic to have you back. again!

D'aww....

I'm glad people have been so receptive of Vetia. I made her out to be a villain an age ago when we were on WotLK, but decided to make her 'good' come Cata.

Granted, the change was also prompted when I decided to base her personality after a certain someone's.

So it's decided.

Caravan and Vetia need to meet and then go on crazy adventures.
Have you hugged an orc today?

I do appreciate the Vetia love, but I do want this to be a thread that helps me improve myself.

There are people out there who don't like me. I know that for a fact. And I'd like to know why so I can better myself.

If you don't want to voice your thoughts in public, you can send me a PM or message me on Skype. I don't mind either way.
