Yo Xigo, what th' fel is this troll dung?
Well player, I'll tell you what for. These 'ere are goblins. Goblins on a boat. Goblin privateers, to be exact. Our goal is to sail around, get our noses in places they shouldn't be, and have a good time. Occasionally there will be a combat event, but mostly I just want to try my hand at running a guild. And goblins are amazing, so I'll use them as my springboard.
Grenzi's Gang, led by Grenzi Goldrang, is Bildgewater Cartel affiliated. This means that, while we are on the Horde's side, we don't always work for the Horde. Just that we'll never work for the Alliance if it means damaging the Horde. That's all. We'll accept any race onto the ship's crew, aaaand just not tell the more prissy folk that we're robbing people occasionally.
Yes Caravan, I have goals. They're pretty simple.
1: Provide a neutral environment in Cataclysm for people to roleplay at. I intend on converting a part of the ship to a bar, so that people may come in and chillax without being at eachother's throats.
2: Make a guild for goblins. I'm sure there'll end up being a lot of these, but I want to try my hand at this.
3: Create a guild that will openly affiliate with other neutral groups. Need muscle? Hire the gang. Need a boat? Hey, we have a boat, pay us and we'll take you somewhere.
4: Go on most Excellent Adventures together, as we travel across a war-torn Azeroth, generally meddling as we see fit.
... Well of course there are ranks. They're just rather... loose.
Captain - Grenzi's position. He runs the show.
Lieutenant - Second in commands. There shouldn't be many of these. Probably only two. His left and right hand, respectively.
Specialist - The ship's navigator, medical staff, demolitionist, etc. They only have command over others when it relates to their speciality.
Crew - Your everyday crew member. Whether a slave or a free man, you fall into this category. You're pretty much the same rank as a specialist, it's just the more menial tasks of operating a ship are relegated to you. The rank and file. (Seriously, we don't need everyone to be a specialist).
Affiliate - Not really part of the crew, but you're a friend/want to partake in guild chat. Here you go. Enjoy.
Do you take slaves? - Yeah, we take slaves. While they're expected to do what they're told until they pay off their debt, they are paid and given a good amount of freedom. Grenzi's relatively kind to them. Ultimately they're more like indentured servants than slaves who are kicked into the dirt every day. ... Though it might happen if one back talks a crew member. While more religious types would argue that they should just free the slaves, Grenzi's rebuttle would be the following.
"Do I look made of money? Would you prefer they be bought to have their souls ripped out by a pack of warlocks? They're fine here. Shut it."
What races do you take? - Any. Just be aware, while the ship will occasionally serve the Horde in battle against the Alliance, the opposite is not true. Grenzi's pretty neutral though, so there shouldn't be any huge issues.
Warlocks? - Look, so long as you're not harming the crew, Genzi doesn't care what you do.
Light Wielders? - Grenzi tries to make a relatively friendly environment for all religious folks. While he himself might not care much for deities and what not, his crew is more than welcome to.
