There's a leather blindfold now, and you don't see rogues, warriors, hunters, paladins, shamans, druids, and death knights running around with them in mass numbers, do you?





Then what would be the difference if priests, mages, and warlocks could use them too?

Eh... losing one eye isn't so bad or unbelievable as being completely blind. While an eyepatch can be cool, it doesn't come with superpowers like complete blindness tends to have.

Of course, I'd prefer if people wore eyepatches for the same reason pirates did, requiring two good eyes - Save one eye for Bright areas, and use the other in Dark areas.

*Cough* I don't see the problem. It's a planet of war after all. I'd rather see more characters with war wounds of any kind. Missing limbs, fingers, eyes, ears, so on and so forth.

I will say Kage: We are reluctant about this for a reason. Reasons we have seen. Yes, it has happened, I've seen it a few times myself. It's sorta why there's a little bit of a stigma to blind characters.

Yes, yes it's happened. One person (of, apparantly, a few) could also sense the emotions of others, and determine if one was good or evil.

Being blind can bring some amazing things, eh?

I guess I'll bump this one as well then. My reason performing necromancy is simply that I want this to happen since I got a character in need of it. I've read the posts and I agree that I was and still am a bit afraid that it will become a meme when they are added but considering from personal witness I haven't seen more than one character wearing an blindfold that isn't a demon hunter. Tattoos have been far more abused and they were even expanded upon despite this.
