I went looking for the bookcase that leads to the de-phased and Argentfied Scarlet Monastery in Hearthglen. It's gone! Bring it back!

Alas we can't. The instance we used for the cathedral was removed with cata.

Sadly it wasn't just a dephased cathedral, but rather a different map all together. Both it and the jail location were removed for some reason or another.

Since that's the case, can Scarlet Monastery be de-phased to bring it back?

It can be [deinstanced, not dephased], but you'd have to convince @Kretol to do so!
