Whether they'd do it or not, it's still rather feasible that one could disguise themselves from casual observation.

@ Anski, you can't. Also, isn't this for lore?
You're right. This is for lore.

I'm not on the ball today. Sorry 'bout that.
Where does it say Alleria has green eyes? It's probably possible, and it may have even been done before. But I agree with Mikain. I don't think any blood elf would want to stoop that low, they really have no reason to spy on the Alliance at this point I think, nor would they dress up as a high elf, a past they all probably don't like at this point.. because they have magics that can do the same thing I would guess. Disguising an eye color to a race of magically adept people isn't that hard. :P

Books. Tides of Darkness and Beyond the Dark Portal. I remember minor details too well. XD
Those books were also publishes before Blizzard had the idea of Blood Elves. :) I'd say her eyes are blue for lore sakes, though Wowwiki goes little into detail.

Beyond the Dark Portal came out last summer. Hehe.
Then I don't know, Blizzard stabs their lore in the back all the time. Maybe she is a blood elf in that book? Maybe not. But I still believe a blood elf wouldn't physically disguise themselves as a High Elf, if they -really- wanted to, which I also doubt. They'd use magic.

Which means.. the answer to the question is.

It's possible. :)
The time period of the book was before Blood Elves, but it was published during 2.3 or 2.4 so they obviously knew... But yeah, it's not really that important because Blood Elves are probably distinguishable in other ways than just their eyes and Blizzard contradicts themselves ten times a day anyway.
Blood elves have -glowy- green eyes. A high elf with green eyes just has green eyes. That is how you distinguish between them.
As we don't allow you to play a high elf, changing your eye color and pretending to be one would... well count as playing a high elf, yeah?
I thought it might be ok, if they have a -really- good reason to. I've never seen one disguise themselves as a hated former-self. It just doesn't seem like something they would need to do.

But then again, you also don't allow people to start off as say.. an 'assassin' without training, because you get special abilities. But people can claim it ICly, without special abilities.

But it's always up to you, doesn't affect me. I don't plan on pretending to be a Helf anytime soon.
Q) Now I know that the Draenei came to Azeroth on the Exodar from Outland, but before that, did they use the same ship while running from the Legion, and if not, what was said ship's name?

I believe they used Oshu'gun to flee from the Legion.
K'ure is the Naaru located with Oshu'gun, as it was infact the spaceship he used to help the Draenei escape Argus approximately two centuries before the First War.

From there, The Draenei stole a compartment of Tempest Keep after Kael'thas took it. The blood elves found out, and sabotoged the ship, sending it through the twisting nethers, to the closest habited planet, Azeroth. Named the Exodar.

Hope that answers your question.

They actually fled Argus about 25,000 years ago, and proceeded to keep fleeing the Legion from world to world and so on and so forth until they came to Draenor and named it after themselves about two centuries before the First War. The rest is right, K'ure was the Naaru guiding Oshu'gun (which wasn't what the Draenei called it, that isn't known) and when it crashed on Draenor that was when K'ure started dying, so they couldn't use that ship again. Then the Tempest Keep stuff etc. etc.
