Lok'Tar! Conquest of the Horde was originally a private World of Warcraft RP community that focused primarily on roleplay within the WoW setting. Originally established in September of 2007, CotH enjoyed a healthy reign of over seven years focused on WoW roleplay. On January 22nd of 2015, a DMCA notice was issued, resulting in a halt of the WoW RP focus. Now, the community has expanded to encompass multiple worlds in various games and settings. This community will serve as a hub for members to join like-minded individuals in any game or environment. The community itself will also host a few game worlds of its own after development progresses enough.
While the dust is settling after the revelation of the WoW server closure, feel free to hang out and see how development goes!

Hey folks! As you probably notice, I've turned a pretty shade of po-po blue. I've decided along with Kretol that I want to become an enforcer. Those of you stragglers who were around a few years ago when I was first GMed... you'll know that I was quite harsh, and doled out bans quite a bit. *Coughs*
To be frank, CoTH has been as much of a learning experience for me as it has been for anyone else. I'm a lot less mean than I once was (at least... I think so!), and I plan on talking to you guys when a problem arises. I'll be handling everything else I have handled before... however, I'll take my attention away from forum GMing, and focus more on enforcement, obviously.
If I talk to you, don't worry!

Yes, it has been deemed more-or-less safe! Feel free to either use the normal patcher or download the patches manually.
- Yes, we are at the latest patch.
- Don't forget to change your realmlist again after patching.
- Be sure you're running WoW.exe, not Launcher.exe

Sometime tonight, I will bring down the server and update the code. Thanks to the ArcEmu devs, it now supports 3.3.3!
Therefore, for any of you that have two WoW folders (one for CotH and one for retail), feel free to change your retail realmlist to test it out. For those -only- on retail, please feel free to do the same!
For those that only have one WoW folder that's at 3.3.2, DO NOT PATCH UP YET! Let us do some testing first so you don't have to downpatch.
I'll make another post once I'm bringing the server down for update-age.

Today, Kretol and myself figured it'd be a good day to celebrate the return of the server. It's officially "Player Appreciation Day". So to YOU, the players, we are offering a little gift. However, the trick is that you have to post in this thread that you're interested.
