Welcome!
Lok'Tar! Conquest of the Horde was originally a private World of Warcraft RP community that focused primarily on roleplay within the WoW setting. Originally established in September of 2007, CotH enjoyed a healthy reign of over seven years focused on WoW roleplay. On January 22nd of 2015, a DMCA notice was issued, resulting in a halt of the WoW RP focus. Now, the community has expanded to encompass multiple worlds in various games and settings. This community will serve as a hub for members to join like-minded individuals in any game or environment. The community itself will also host a few game worlds of its own after development progresses enough.
While the dust is settling after the revelation of the WoW server closure, feel free to hang out and see how development goes!

We live in exciting times! Battles has been fought, and both the Horde and the Alliance has had their victories, Boulder Lode Mine, the battle for Ratchet and Undercity are all victories of the Horde, and rumours are that a band of Horde volunteers stood up against the Alliance scum that had invaded Durotar and finally drove them from the Horde's lands.

While the Horde has worked hard on Kalimdor, the Alliance has been striving for their own conquests on the Eastern Kingdoms; the most important of those battles is the Reclamation of Stromgarde which have succeeded in re-establishing the Kingdom of Strom! But ominous clouds already darken the sky above the Arathi Highlands as Forsaken forces supported by their elven allies move into the region with conquest in mind. Their Horde fellows in Hammerfall was caught unaware by the sudden movement but have since already started their preparations for war, intent on reaching for the opportunity the Forsaken and Blood Elven force represent. Meanwhile, in Strom, the news has just settled and the City Council prepares to convene to make the necessary decisions to preserve their newly awakened kingdom, prince Galen stands behind them filled with the fierce determination of a King.

Now it is your chance to gain fame, glory, power and wealth in the name of war, the leaders of the armies are in need of aid and only you can give the necessary support to ensure that your faction prevails! Go to this thread, Incursions, for more information on how to help and what you can do to lead your allies to victory!

  Mounts, Mounts, Mounts!

Arathi Farm has been brought back!

For those looking for mounts and a plethora of non-combat pets, you can get to the farm by reading a certain book located in either the Orgrimmar inn or Stormwind bank.

Only ground mounts are available for now. A flying mount bazaar of-sorts is in the works, though!

P.S. Bear in mind that if a vendor only has items you cannot use, no vendor list will pop up. This is not a bug.
